Which email platform do you use?

The service can be completed using Shopify Email or another supported email marketing platform agreed upon before the project begins.

Is the email copy included?

Yes. We’ll write the core copy for the included automated emails based on the information you provide about your brand, products, and customers.

Are email platform fees included?

No. Any Shopify app or email platform subscription fees are paid directly by the store owner.

Can you work with my existing email account?

Yes. We can review your existing setup and improve or rebuild the included forms and flows where appropriate.

Are revisions included?

Yes. One revision round would be a reasonable inclusion for the $350 package. Larger changes or additional flows can be quoted separately.

Does this include ongoing newsletters?

No. This package focuses on the initial branded template and essential automated email flows. Ongoing campaigns can be offered as a separate service.
